Contact form — when you voluntarily submit the form in the footer or on the Contact page, we receive your email address and the message you write. This data is transmitted through FormSubmit.co directly to our inbox. It is used solely to read and reply to your message. We do not store it in any database, do not share it with third parties, and delete it after correspondence ends.
Dark mode preference — we store a single key (vn-theme) in your browser's localStorage to remember your light/dark preference. This stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
Vibenoodles uses essential localStorage keys for UI preferences, and — only with your explicit consent — Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage statistics. GA4 is loaded dynamically after you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner; it is never loaded if you decline. IP addresses are anonymised before being sent to Google's servers. See the full Cookie Policy for details.
Data submitted through the contact form is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given at the time of submission by checking the consent checkbox. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Contact emails are kept only as long as needed to respond, then deleted. localStorage data lives on your device and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at cook@vibenoodles.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy).
We use FormSubmit.co to process contact form submissions. Please review their privacy policy. We use Google Fonts to load DM Mono — this may cause Google's servers to log your IP.
Google Analytics 4 — when you accept cookies, anonymised analytics data (pages visited, session duration, browser/device type) is sent to Google LLC, acting as data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. Google may transfer this data to servers in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses. You can opt out at any time by resetting your preference on the Cookie Policy page or by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Review Google's Privacy Policy.
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
